Footballer Ben Davis has defaulted upon his national give support to commitments, the Ministry of Defence (Mindef) said in a declaration yesterday.In answer to queries from The Straits Times, Mindef said: "Mr Benjamin Davis is an NS defaulter. He bungled to explanation for NS as required.
